Not all anxiety issues need to be treated with medication. Some women find regular exercise, meditation, massage and visual imagery classes very helpful in reducing stress levels.

A woman determines for herself whether or not she experiences anxiety at a frequent rate. However, only licensed medical authorities officially recognize or deny the existence of an anxiety disorder.

People must realize the importance of not identifying someone as crazy because they suffer from GAD, PTSD, OCD or social anxiety disorders.
